Section 27: Wilfully or recklessly giving of false information.

(1) Any person who wilfully or recklessly gives false information as to any of the matters in respect of which information is required to be given under this Act or the regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
(2) Any person who gives false information as aforesaid shall be deemed to have given it recklessly unless he proves that he took reasonable precautions to ensure that it was correct.
