Section 26: Offences as to injury to boundary marks, etc.

Any person who, without lawful authority, wilfully breaks, defaces or removes, or in any other way interferes with any boundary marks, beacon, pillar or post erected pursuant to this Act or the regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
