Section 25: Offences as to interference with rights conferred.

Any person who, without any lawful excuse-(a) interferes with any quarrying operation authorised by this Act; or
(b) obstructs any person in the exercise of any right conferred by this Act; or
(c) interferes with any surface working, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
