Section 30: Royalties.

(1) All quarriable minerals which have been obtained in the course of any quarrying operation shall subject to subsection (2) of this section, be liable to such royalties as the Minister may prescribe.
(2) The Minister may, in any case where it is appropriate for him to do so, reduce or waive royalty with respect to any quarriable mineral.
