Section 36: Compensation for Damages, etc.

(1) In the exercise of the power conferred upon it by section 27 of this Act, the Agency, its officers, employees, workmen or agents shall restore the environment as may be necessary and the Agency shall pay compensation for any damage done to any building, crops, and economic trees.
(2) In the case of dispute as to the amount of compensation payable, the procedure shall be as prescribed by the Land Use Act.
