Section 33: Power to obtain Information.

(1) For the purpose of obtaining required information for the proper Power to discharge of the functions conferred upon it, the Agency shall have the right to inspect and obtain any information from any organisation engaged in solid minerals development which the Ministry, or officer of the Ministry designated by the Minister, may approve on such conditions as the Minister or the said officer may determine.
(2) The Agency may take into its custody any information contemplated in subsection (1) of this section provided that any provision of any law whereby any restriction is placed on such information shall apply to any information which is in the custody of the Agency obtained under this section.
