Section 39: Offences as to interferance with rights conferred.

A person who, without lawful excuse-(a) interferes with any operation authorised under this chapter of this Act ; or
(b) obstructs any person in the exercise of any right conferred under this Chapter of this Act commits an offence under this Act.
