Section 40: Offences as to injury to Boundary marks, etc.

A person who, without lawful authority, wilfully breaks, defaces or removes, or in any other way, interferes with any boundary mark, beacon, pillar or post erected pursuant to the section of this Act or the regulations made under this act commits an offence under this Act.
