Section 27: Discharge of orders made in chambers.

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Rules of Court made pursuant thereto, every order made by a panel of Judges in chambers, except orders as to costs only, may upon notice be set aside or discharged by the panel of Judges sitting in Court.
