Section 30: Reference for report.

(1) Subject to the Rules of Court, the Court may refer to an official or special referee for inquiry or report any question arising in any cause or matter.
(2) The Report of an official or special referee may be adopted wholly or partially by the Court and if so adopted, may be endorsed as a judgment or order to the same effect.
