Section 26: Power of a panel of judges in court and in chambers.

A panel of Judges to whom a case is assigned may, subject to Rules of Court, exercise in court or in chambers all or any part of the jurisdiction vested in the Court in all such causes and matters and in all such proceedings in any cause or matter as may be heard conveniently in court or in chambers respectively.
