Section 26: Interpretation

In this Act —
"Board” means the Governing Board of the Fund established under section 2 of this Act;
’’Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board;
"Executive Secretary" is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund and Chairman of the management committee;
"Functions" includes powers and duties;
"Fund" means the Fund established under section 1(1);
"member" means an individual representing an organisation or institution in (the Board and includes the Chairman and Executive Secretary); and
"Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for matters relating to agriculture.
