Section 23: Directions by the Minister

2022Section 23 of 27•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to the provision of this Act, the Minister may issue to the Board directions of general nature relating to matters of policy with regard to the exercise by the Board of its powers and the Board shall comply with such directions.
