Section 19: Service of documents

A notice referred to in section 18 (2) of this Act, summons or other documents required or authorised to be served on the Fund under this Act or any other law or enactment may be served by —
a delivering it to the office of the Executive Secretary; or
b sending it by registered post addressed to the Executive Secretary or the principal office of the Fund.
