Section 20: Restriction on executlon

1 In any action or suit against the Fund, no execution or attachment of process in any nature shall be issued against the Fund unless at least three months' notice of the intention to execute or attach has been given to the Fund.

2 Any sum of money from the judgment of court awarded against the Fund or any direction given by the court where no notice of appeal against the judgment has been given, shall be paid from the account of the Fund.
