Section 22: Directives

2022Section 22 of 27•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the President may give to the Fund directives of a general nature or relating generally to matters of policy with regard to the performance by the Fund of its functions and the Fund shall comply.
