Section 32: Appeals to the Court of Appeal.

Subject to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Court of Appeal Act and the Rules of the Court of Appeal, appeals shall lie from the decisions of the Court in its original or appellant jurisdictions to the Court of Appeal.
