Section 29: Power of Court in Civil Appeals.
On the hearing of an appeal under section 28 of this Act, the Court may draw any inference of fact and either -(a) confirm, vary or set aside the judgment or order of the court of body mentioned therein; or
(b) order a rehearing and determination on such terms as the Court may think just;
(c) order judgment to be entered for any party; or
(d) make a final or other order on such terms as the Court may think proper to ensure the determination on the merits of the real questions in controversy between the parties.
