Section 34: Trial of Revenue Causes or Matter in Priority to any Other

(1) As far as practicable, all revenue causes or matters shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any enactment or law, be tried, determined or disposed of in priority to any other business of the Court.
(2) In this section "revenue causes or matters" means causes or matters concerned with, involving or pertaining to the revenue of the Government of the Federation in respect of which jurisdiction is conferred upon the Court by or under the provisions of this Act.
