Section 35: Trial with Assessors

(1) In any civil cause or matter, the Court may, if it thinks it expedient so to do or in a manner prescribed under any enactment or law, call in the aid of one or more assessors specially qualified and try and hear the cause or matter wholly or partially with the assistance of such assessors.
(2) The remuneration, if any to be paid to an assessor, shall be as determined by the court or otherwise as so prescribed.
