Section 32: Arrest of an officer on essential services.

An officer or agent of the Authority shall not be arrested while on essential duty where his arrest may result in danger to life or goods unless -(a) the head of department in which he is employed; or
(b) his immediate supervisor, has been given the opportunity to immediately assign a substitute to replace the officer.
