Section 30: Restriction on execution of judgment against the Authority.

(1) In any action or suit against the Authority, no execution, attachment or process shall be issued against the Authority, unless at least three months’ notice of the intention to execute or attach the Authority’s property has been given to the Authority and approval of the Attorney-General of the Federation obtained.
(2) Any sum of money, which may by the judgment of any court be awarded against the Authority, shall, subject to any direction given by a competent court where notice of appeal of the said judgement has not been given, be paid from the fund of the Authority.
