Section 31: Indemnity of officers.

A member of the Board, the Managing Director, employees or agents of the Authority shall be indemnified from liability incurred in defending any proceeding brought against the person under this Act in the person's capacity as a member of the Board, Managing Director, employee or agent of the Authority.
