Section 36: Failure to remit funds.

Any person or body corporate that collects and fails to remit to the Authority any money due to it under this Act, commits an offence and is liable on conviction -(a) in the case of an individual, to a fine not more N2,000,000 or imprisonment for a term not more than two years or both,
(b) in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not more than N5,000,000, and a refund of the money owed.
