Section 26: Application for retention of name of all premises.

(1) A person who carries on practice of pharmacy whether online or on site shall, in the month of January in each year deliver to the Registrar, an application for renewal or retention of name of the premises at which his practice is located or where he carries on his practice for a prescribed fee.
(2) An application for renewal or retention of premises under subsection (1) shall state the name of the Superintendent Pharmacist under whose control the practice is being carried on.
