Section 30: Notification of change in company’s profile.

(1) A body corporate shall notify the Council of any change in its company’s profile, profile of Pharmacist Director, ownership, type of business being done on the premises and name of the company not later than 60 days of its occurrence.
(2) A body corporate shall conspicuously display the original of the Superintendent Pharmacist’s annual licence and certificate of registration of the premises.
