Section 105: False returns

A person who makes, either knowingly or recklessly, a statement which is false in any material particular in any return, claim or other document which is requested or authorised to be made by or under the provisions of this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of N10,000 or to imprisonment for a term riot exceeding twelve months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
