Section 107: Wilfully sinking vessels

1999Section 107 of 128Federal Republic of Nigeria

A person who wilfully sinks any ship in a port or in the approach to the port, without the permission in writing of the harbour master, is, in addition to paying the expenses incurred by the Authority in removing the ship, guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of N1OO,OOO.
