Section 102: Penalty for illegal piloting
1999Section 102 of 128•Federal Republic of Nigeria
A person who-(a) holds himself out as a pilot authorised to pilot a ship in a pilotage district which he is not authorised to pilot under this Act; or
(b)
pilots a ship in a pilotage district which he is not authorised to pilot, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction, to a fine of N10,000.
