Section 99: Penalty for obstructing authorised entry, etc.

A person who wilfully obstructs any person doing any of the acts authorised by sections 26, 27, and 98 of this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of N5,000 or to imprisonment for a term of twelve months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
