Section 18: Power to make bye-laws

(1) The Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, make bye-laws, not inconsistent with this Act, for the general and efficient conduct of the functions conferred on it under this Act.
(2) Bye-laws made under subsection (1) of this section need not be published in the Federal Gazette but the Corporation shall bring them to the notice of such affected or interested persons (including officers and servants of the Corporation) in such manner as it may, from to time, determine.
