Section 14: Protection of the Corporation's land

Land vested in the Corporation shall not be liable to be acquired compulsorily under any enactment; and notwithstanding anything in any other enactment, no mining operations shall be earned on, in or under any land vested in the Corporation or any land over which the Corporation is entitled to rights of support for the benefit of lands so vested except with the prior consent in writing of the Minister or the Corporation.
