Section 25: Composition of the Committee.

The Committee shall consist of a Chairman to be appointed by the Board and the following other members, that is -(a) one representative of the Federal Ministry of Transport;
(b) one representative of the Federal Ministry of Employment, Labour and Productivity;
(c) two representatives of the Nigerian Ports Authority;
(d) one representative of the Nigerian Shippers' Council;
(e) one representative of the Maritime Workers Union;
(f) one representative of the National Association of Dock Labour Employers;
(g) one representative of shipping companies.
