Section 24: Establishment of Dock Labour Monitoring Committee.

There is hereby established the Dock Labour Monitoring Committee (in this Act referred to as "the Committee") which shall be charged with such responsibility as the Board may determine, from time to time, in relation to a port or a group of ports.
