Section 22: Wages and remunerations

1999Section 22 of 36•Federal Republic of Nigeria

A registered dock labour employer shall -(a) pay wages or other remunerations directly to a dock worker for services rendered; and
(b) not pay wages or remunerations through a supervisor, headman or any person in charge of a gang of dock workers.
