Section 83: Annual report.

The Management of the Corporation shall prepare and submit to the Board, not later than three months after the end of each financial year, a report which shall be in such form as the Board may direct and shall relate to the activities of the Corporation during the immediately preceding financial year and thereafter a copy of such report shall be submitted to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Auditor-General for the Federation and the Minister.
