Section 80: Power to investigate.

(1) The Corporation shall have power to investigate in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force or other law enforcement agencies any person suspected of the commission of an offence under this Act or a regulation made under it.
(2) The powers of the Corporation under subsection (1) shall include the power to summon any person to testify, provide information, give account, or produce any document or other record in the possession or under the control of that person.
(3) Any person summoned under subsection (2) who fails to appear or fails to testify or provide information or give account or produce a document or other record in his possession or under his control or who provides false or misleading information, or forged or falsified documents or other records, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of N5,000,000 or imprisonment for a term of three years or both.
