Section 40: Evaluation

(1)
The Minister shall establish appropriate mechanisms for the monitoring and evaluation of the provisions of this Act and ensure the overall effectiveness of the inspection and enforcement provisions provided for this under this Act.
(2)
Evaluation shall include an assessment of the impact with respect to different population groups and vulnerable groups such as women, youth and low-income populations.
