Section 39: Power to make Regulations

(1)
In addition to any maner in this Act in which the Minister is authorised to make regulations under this Act, the Minister may make regulation prescribing any matter or thing that is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the objectives of this Act.
(2)
Any regulation made by the Minister under this section or any orher section of this Act shall be subject to the approval of both Houses of the National Assembly.
