Section 31: Investigation and enforcement

(1)
The police or any other law enforcement agency of government shall have the duty to inspect and investigate complaints and take appropriate enforcement action under the Act and in regulations made under this Act.
(2)
The Minister may designate authorised officers for the purpose of implementation and enforcement of the provisions of this Act.
