Section 32: Court to order payment of contributions together with interest and penalty.
(1) The High Court before which a person is convicted of an offence under this Act may, without prejudice to any civil remedy, order a person to pay to the fund of the Scheme the amount of any contributions together with interest and penalty thereon, certified by the Council to be due and payable at the date of the conviction and such amount shall be paid into the fund of the Scheme for its credit, where applicable or of the employee concerned.
(2) Any contribution paid into the fund of the Scheme under subsection (1) of this section shall be refunded to the organisation entitled to receive the contribution.
