Section 36: Restriction on execution against property of the Scheme.

(1) In any action or suit against the Scheme, no execution or attachment of process in the nature thereof shall be issued against the Scheme unless not less than 3 months notice of the intention to execute or attach has been given to the Scheme.
(2) Any sums of moneys which may by the judgment of any court be awarded against the Scheme shall, subject to any directions given by the court where notice of appeal of the said judgment has been given, be paid from the general reserve fund of the Scheme.
