Section 30: Prosecution of offender.

1999Section 30 of 50•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Act shall be prosecuted by -(a) the Attorney-General of the State or any legal officer in the Ministry of Justice of the State; and
(b) in the case of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, by the Attorney-General of the Federation or any legal officer in the Federal Ministry of Justice.
