NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME ACT

Section 31: Jurisdiction.

1999Section 31 of 50•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The High Court of a State or of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, shall have -(a) jurisdiction to try offenders under this Act; and
(b) power, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other enactment, to impose the penalties provided for offence in this Act.
