Section 19: Refusal to register or revocation of license of a scheme.

The Authority may refuse to register or revoke the license of a scheme if it is in breach of relevant provisions of the operational guidelines and has failed to comply with a provision of this Act, the regulations or any other enactment applicable to the scheme.
