Section 23: Transfer and joint operation.

(1) Subject to the provisions of section 12 of this Act, a health scheme licensed under this Act shall not transfer its activities or operate its activities jointly with another scheme unless it has the prior written approval of the Authority.
(2) An application for approval under subsection (l) shall be made jointly to the Authority by the schemes involved and shall contain the information prescribed by regulation made by the Authority under this Act.
