Section 18: Relationship between Public and Private health Establishments

(1)
The Minister shall prescribe mechanisms to ensure a coordinated relationship between private and public health establishments in the delivery of health services.
(2)
The Federal Ministry, any State Ministry Local Government or any public health establishment may enter into an agreement with any private practitioner, private health establishment or non-governmental organization in order to achieve any objective of this Act.
