Section 34: Savings.

From the commencement of this Act-(a) all assets, rights, liabilities and obligations which immediately before the commencement of this Act, were assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of National Centre for Genetic Resources and Biotechnology (NACGRAB)or any other body related to Biotechnology shall, by virtue of this Act, be taken over by the Agency; and
(b) anything made or done or having effect under the repealed Act, shall be treated, as if it were made or done by the Agency.
