Section 33: Repeals.

This Act repeals-(a) Cap. N3, LFN, 2004.
section 6 (2) (d) (ii) of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure Act, Cap. N3, LFN, 2004;
(b) paragraph 2 (j) (iv) of the Second Schedule to the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure Act; and
(c) Act No. 33, 1987.
