Section 32: Power to make regulations.

(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make such regulations generally for the purpose of giving full effect to the provisions of this Act, and in facilitating the performance of the functions of the Agency.
(2) The Board may issue guidelines to give full effect to the relevant provisions of this Act.
(3) Regulations made shall be published in the Federal Government Gazette.
